RegMaster is an online registration platform built for people who run events seriously. This manual is for organisers and their team members, walking you through the full journey — sign in, create an event, design the form, collect fees, then manage registrations, accept teams, check in, and score.

支援個人報名、團體報名與含指導者的隊伍;表單以「1 區塊=1 人」原則自由組合。Individual, team, or team-with-coach formats; the form is composed with a simple "1 block = 1 person" rule.

收費、折扣與退費Fees, discounts & refunds

PayUNI 線上刷卡或銀行轉帳、折扣碼、依法規範本的退費政策、平台代收轉付。PayUNI online payments or bank transfer, discount codes, statutory refund policies, and platform-collected payouts.

自訂正取、報到與評分Custom acceptance, check-in & scoring

自行決定正取名單、QR 自助報到、多評審公平評分管線、證書與名牌批次產出。Pick who gets accepted, QR self check-in, a fair multi-judge scoring pipeline, and batch certificate/badge generation.

名詞速記:「活動」=你舉辦的一場賽事/研習/營隊;「報名」=一筆報名資料(個人或一隊);「正取/備取/審核中」=報名的錄取狀態。Glossary: "Event" = one competition/workshop/camp you run; "Registration" = one entry (a person or a team); "Accepted / Waitlisted / Pending review" = the entry's acceptance status.

登入與主辦後台Sign In & Console

用主辦方帳號登入後即進入主辦後台。後台左側為固定導覽列,分「概覽」與「管理」兩區。

Sign in with your organiser account to enter the console. A fixed left navigation is split into "Overview" and "Manage".

登入方式

Ways to sign in

  • 帳號密碼:在登入頁輸入帳號與密碼,可勾「30 天內保持登入」。Username & password: on the login page; tick "Keep me signed in for 30 days" if you like.
  • Google/LINE:若你的帳號已綁定社群登入,可一鍵登入。Google / LINE: one-click sign-in if your account is linked.
  • 登出:左側欄底部的「登出」。切換帳號時會回到登入頁。Sign out: at the bottom of the left nav. Switching accounts returns to the login page.
忘記密碼可於登入頁點「忘記密碼?」以 Email 重設。報名者(隊伍)有各自的查詢密碼,與主辦方帳號不同。Use "Forgot password?" on the login page to reset by email. Registrants (teams) have their own lookup password, separate from your organiser account.

點任一活動卡即進入該活動的總覽頁。所有時間(問候語、報名時間、付款確認時間、報到時間)皆以台北時間顯示。Click any card to open that event's Hub. All times (greeting, registration, payment confirmation, check-in) are shown in Taipei time.

在活動設定的「進階」分頁,把「允許候補」改成自訂正取。報名者付款後會進「審核中」,再到報名管理逐一勾選正取。In Settings → Advanced, set acceptance to Custom acceptance. Paid registrations go to "Pending review", then you accept them one by one in Registrations.

到帳務頁,點「備取/未正取 一鍵退款」即可全額退款所有已付款但未錄取者,並自動寄出退費通知。In Billing, click "Refund all waitlisted / pending" to fully refund every paid-but-not-accepted entry and send notifications.

開放報名前,表單必須至少有一個必填 Email 欄位(學員或指導者皆可),否則無法寄送確認信。其餘設定仍會被儲存。Before opening registration, the form must contain at least one required Email field (student or coach), otherwise confirmation emails can't be sent. Your other settings are still saved.

退費一律以折後實付金額為基準。若仍顯示原價,請確認該筆報名的折扣碼是否已在付款頁套用成功。Refunds are always based on the amount actually paid after discounts. If it still shows full price, check that the discount code was applied successfully on the payment page.

這是 PayUNI 當日交易尚未關帳的正常情形 — 信用卡退款須等交易已關帳(多為隔日批次結算)。全額退款系統會自動改走「取消請款」當日即可完成;部分退款請於付款隔日關帳後再操作。系統會自動判斷正確動作,你只需擇日重試。Normal for a same-day, unsettled PayUNI charge — card refunds need a settled transaction (usually a next-day batch). Full refunds auto-switch to "cancel capture" and work same-day; do partial refunds after next-day settlement. The system picks the right action — just retry later.

該按鈕只在「自己被指派到某個評審組群」時出現。先在評分頁的評審組群把該成員(管理者或評審)勾進去並儲存。The button only appears when you are assigned to a judging panel. First add that member (manager or judge) to a panel in Scoring and save.

建立活動Create an Event

在「所有活動」頁點右上角的建立活動,填三個基本欄位即建立。

On the "All events" page, click Create event at the top right and fill three basics.

活動名稱:對外顯示的名稱(之後仍可改)。Event name: shown publicly (editable later).
類別:如競賽、研習、營隊等,用於分類與篩選。Category: e.g. competition, workshop, camp — used for filtering.
活動形式:個人報名、團體報名、或團體含指導者。這決定表單預設的人員區塊。Format: individual, team, or team-with-coach — this seeds the form's person blocks.
建立 →(或在名稱欄按 Enter)即建立,並直接進入該活動的總覽。Click Create → (or press Enter in the name field) to create and jump straight to the Hub.
新活動預設為草稿(未公開、未開放報名),你可以慢慢設定,設定完成再開放。A new event starts as a draft (not public, not open). Configure it at your own pace, then open it.

活動總覽(Hub)Event Hub

每個活動都有一個總覽頁,是該活動所有功能的入口。左側「本活動」導覽會列出設定、表單設計、報名管理、帳務、評分、報到、證書等分頁。

Every event has a Hub — the entry point to all its tools. The "This event" nav lists Settings, Form Builder, Registrations, Billing, Scoring, Check-in, Certificates and more.

總覽頁上方有「開放報名」狀態與一鍵切換、公開連結複製、即時報名數。The top of the Hub shows the open/closed status with a quick toggle, a copy-public-link button, and live counts.
團隊成員(管理者/工作人員/評審)登入後,只會看到自己有權限的分頁;例如工作人員只看到報到與證書。Team members (manager / staff / judge) only see the tabs they're allowed to use — e.g. staff see Check-in and Certificates.

基本設定與時間Basics & Dates

活動設定頁分多個分頁。「基本」分頁處理名稱、類別、活動說明、開放報名時間、截止時間與活動日期(含多梯次)。

The Settings page has several tabs. "Basics" covers name, category, description, open time, deadline, and the event date(s) — including multiple sessions.

活動說明與 AI 摘要

Description & AI summary

活動說明支援多段文字。儲存時,系統可用 AI 產生一段適合公開頁 hero 的精簡摘要 — 這是草稿,需你按「核准發布」後才會公開。The description supports rich text. On save, the system can draft a concise summary for the public hero — it's a draft and only goes live after you click "Approve & publish".

時間:開放、截止、活動日

Times: open, deadline, event date

  • 開放報名時間:可指定未來某時刻自動開放,或勾「即日起」立即開放。Open time: schedule a future moment, or tick "Open now" for immediate opening.
  • 報名截止:到時間後公開頁顯示「已截止」。Deadline: after this the public page shows "Closed".
  • 活動日:單日活動填一個日期;多梯次活動改用「梯次」清單。Event date: a single date for one-day events; use the "Sessions" list for multi-session events.

多梯次(場次)

Multiple sessions

切到多梯次模式後,可新增多個梯次,各自有名稱、起訖日期時間與該梯名額。報名者在第 1 步選擇要報名哪個梯次。系統會擋下「結束早於開始」的梯次。Switch to multi-session mode to add sessions, each with a name, start/end datetime, and its own capacity. Registrants pick a session in step 1. Sessions where "end is before start" are rejected on save.

退費政策的活動日:多梯次活動沒有單一活動日,退費級距會以最早梯次的起始日計算距活動天數。Refund date for multi-session: with no single event date, refund tiers count days-to-event from the earliest session start.

組別、年齡與隊名Groups, Age & Team Name

在「組別」分頁設定報名分組、各組年齡規則,以及是否要求隊名。

The "Groups" tab sets registration groups, per-group age rules, and whether a team name is required.

新增組別

Add groups

從預設組別下拉選一個(如國中組、高中組)後按「+新增組別」,或選「自訂」建立自訂名稱。報名者在第 1 步從你建立的組別中選擇。Pick a preset (e.g. Junior, Senior) and click "+ Add group", or choose "Custom" for a custom name. Registrants pick from your groups in step 1.

年齡規則(報名時自動驗證)

Age rules (auto-checked at registration)

每個組別可設年齡上下限(或允許出生日期範圍)。報名時系統會用學員生日自動驗證,不符會被擋下並提示。Each group can set min/max age (or an allowed birth-date range). At registration the system auto-validates against each student's birthday and blocks mismatches with a clear message.

重要:年齡自動驗證需要表單裡有「生日」欄位。若你設了年齡規則卻沒有生日欄位,儲存時會出現提醒 — 請到表單設計加入生日欄位。Important: auto age-check needs a Birthday field in the form. If you set age rules without one, you'll get a reminder on save — add a Birthday field in the Form Builder.

是否要求隊名

Require a team name?

開啟「要求中文隊名」後,報名第 1 步會出現必填的隊名欄;關閉則整個隊名區塊隱藏。沒有隊名的個人報名,後台會以報名者姓名辨識。Turn on "Require a Chinese team name" to show a required team-name field in step 1; turning it off hides the whole block. For nameless individual entries, the console identifies them by the registrant's name.

報名表單設計Form Builder

拖拉式表單設計器,原則是「1 區塊=1 人」:每個學員、每位指導者各一個區塊。左側欄位面板拖到中間畫布,右側檢視器設定該欄位。

A drag-and-drop builder with one rule: "1 block = 1 person" — one block per student, one per coach. Drag fields from the left palette onto the canvas, then configure them in the right inspector.

內建欄位 vs 自訂欄位

Built-in vs custom fields

面板裡的內建特殊欄位(中文姓名、Email、生日、身分證、電話…)帶有對應的驗證與系統用途;你也可以新增自訂欄位(文字、下拉、單複選、日期…)。建議 Email 與生日盡量用面板裡的內建欄位,系統才能正確寄信與驗證年齡。Built-in special fields in the palette (name, Email, birthday, ID, phone…) carry their own validation and system purpose. You can also add custom fields (text, dropdown, choices, date…). Prefer the built-in Email and Birthday so the system can email and age-check correctly.

開放報名的前置條件

Prerequisite to open registration

表單至少要有一個必填 Email 欄位(學員或指導者皆可),否則無法開放報名(無法寄確認信)。另外,必填的下拉/單選若沒有任何選項會擋下儲存,避免報名者卡關。The form must have at least one required Email field (student or coach) before registration can open (otherwise no confirmation email). Also, a required dropdown/radio with zero options is rejected on save, so registrants never get stuck.

欄位驗證規則Field Validation

內建特殊欄位在報名時會自動驗證格式,把錯誤擋在報名當下,省去事後清資料。

Built-in special fields validate at registration time, catching mistakes upfront instead of cleaning data later.

年齡與身分證等規則由後端再次驗證,即使有人試圖繞過前端也擋得住。Age and ID rules are re-checked on the server, so they hold even if someone tries to bypass the front end.

收費、折扣與退費Fees, Discounts & Refunds

「收費」分頁設定報名費項目、折扣碼、退費政策與付款方式。

The "Fees" tab sets fee items, discount codes, refund policy, and payment methods.

費用項目

Fee items

可加多個收費項目,系統自動加總為報名費。費用不可為負數(後端會擋)。Add multiple fee items; the total becomes the registration fee. Negative amounts are rejected by the server.

付款方式

Payment methods

  • PayUNI 線上付款:報名者線上刷卡,平台代收,扣手續費後依週期匯款給你。PayUNI online: card payment collected by the platform; paid out to you on a cycle after fees.
  • 銀行/ATM 轉帳:填寫你的收款銀行、帳號與戶名;報名者直接匯入你的帳戶,不經平台Bank / ATM transfer: enter your bank, account and holder name; registrants transfer directly to you, bypassing the platform.
啟用線上付款與銀行轉帳為二擇一的互鎖設計;啟用銀行轉帳時,銀行欄位需完整填寫才能儲存。Online payment and bank transfer are mutually exclusive; enabling bank transfer requires complete bank details to save.

折扣碼

Discount codes

可建立折扣碼(定額或比例),設定使用上限。報名者在付款頁輸入後,金額即時重算。折扣碼在「套用當下」即消耗一次使用次數(每隊每碼僅扣一次)。Create codes (fixed or percentage) with a usage cap. Registrants enter a code on the payment page and the total recalculates instantly. A code consumes one use the moment it's applied (once per team per code).

退費政策

Refund policy

從法規範本(旅遊型、課程型)或平台建議範本選一個,系統自動帶入「距活動天數 → 退費比例」級距,可再優待但不得低於法定下限。報名者線上申請退費時依此試算。Pick a statutory template (travel, course) or the platform's suggestion; the system fills the "days-to-event → refund %" tiers. You may be more generous but not below the legal floor. Registrant refund requests are quoted from this.

退費基準=折後實付金額。套用折扣的報名,退費以實付金額乘上退費比例計算,不會以原價多退。選「不啟用」即關閉線上退費(報名者改聯繫主辦方)。Refunds are based on the amount actually paid after discounts — never the list price. Choose "Disabled" to turn off online refunds (registrants contact you instead).

名額與候補/正取模式Capacity & Acceptance Mode

「進階」分頁設定報名上限與「允許候補」模式 — 這決定額滿後怎麼處理、以及正取名單怎麼產生。

The "Advanced" tab sets the capacity and the acceptance mode — how overflow is handled and how the accepted list is formed.

報名上限

Capacity

0 = 無上限。多梯次活動的總上限是各梯次名額的加總,請在「梯次」區塊調整各梯。0 = unlimited. For multi-session events, total capacity is the sum of each session's cap — adjust them in the Sessions block.

三種錄取模式

Three acceptance modes

模式Mode行為Behaviour
依報名順序正取By order額滿前先到先得直接正取;額滿後自動列候補(備取 1、2…)。First-come-first-served until full; overflow becomes waitlist (Waitlist 1, 2…).
自訂正取Custom acceptance所有人報名+付款後一律進「審核中」,由你在報名管理逐一勾選正取。Everyone enters "Pending review" after paying; you accept them one by one in Registrations.
額滿即停止Stop when full額滿後不再接受新報名(無候補)。No new registrations once full (no waitlist).
自訂正取的完整操作見下一節〈自訂正取〉。「允許候補」屬 Starter 以上方案功能。See the next section, "Custom Acceptance", for the full workflow. Waitlisting is a Starter-and-above feature.

開放報名與分享Open & Share

設定完成後,把活動設為可見並開放報名,再把公開連結分享出去。

When configured, make the event visible and open, then share the public link.

在「進階」開啟「公開可見」與「開放報名」開關並儲存。Turn on "Visible" and "Open registration" in Advanced, then save.
於活動總覽複製公開連結(也可在公開頁直接分享)。Copy the public link from the Hub (or share from the public page).
公開頁狀態會顯示「報名中/尚未開放/已截止/已額滿」,自訂正取模式下會加註「報名後由主辦方審核錄取」。The public page shows Open / Not open yet / Closed / Full; custom-acceptance events add "acceptance is reviewed after sign-up".
未開放 ≠ 已截止。若公開頁顯示「已截止」但還沒到截止日,請回「進階」確認「開放報名」已開啟並儲存。"Not open" ≠ "Closed". If the page says Closed before the deadline, re-check the "Open registration" toggle in Advanced.

報名管理與統計Registrations & Stats

報名管理頁有統計圖卡與報名列表。可檢視/編輯每筆報名詳情、寄送信件、刪除、CSV 匯入。

The Registrations page has stat cards and a list. View/edit each entry's detail, send mail, delete, or import from CSV.

檢視與編輯詳情

View & edit detail

點「檢視詳情」可看完整成員欄位(依表單設計顯示,含自訂欄位)。擁有者與管理者可進入編輯模式修改,每一筆修改都會記錄到操作紀錄(由 XX 改為 OO),且只送出實際變更的欄位,避免覆寫。"View detail" shows all member fields (per your form, including custom ones). Owners and managers can edit; every change is written to the audit log (from X to Y), and only changed fields are submitted to avoid overwriting.

CSV 匯入

CSV import

可用 CSV 批次匯入報名。匯入會遵守活動的錄取模式:自訂正取模式下,匯入的隊伍同樣進「審核中」,由你再勾選正取。Bulk-import registrations via CSV. Imports follow the acceptance mode: in custom-acceptance, imported entries also enter "Pending review" for you to accept.

刪除報名為不可復原操作;操作完成會有提示並刷新列表,請勿因為等待而重複點擊。Deleting an entry is irreversible; the list refreshes with a confirmation, so avoid double-clicking while it processes.

自訂正取(勾選錄取)Custom Acceptance

當活動設為「自訂正取」模式時,正取名單由你決定,而非先到先得。流程如下。

When the event uses "Custom acceptance", you decide who's accepted — not arrival order. Here's the flow.

報名Register付款Pay審核中Pending主辦勾選You accept正取+寄錄取信Accepted + email
報名者報名後狀態為審核中;完成付款後,該筆會出現✓ 正取按鈕。未付款不能勾選正取。Entries are Pending review; once paid, an ✓ Accept button appears. Unpaid entries can't be accepted.
點「✓ 正取」並在確認視窗確認。系統會立即寄出錄取通知信,並佔用一個正取名額。Click "✓ Accept" and confirm. The system sends an acceptance email immediately and uses one accepted slot.
若有設名額上限,名額滿時再勾會被擋(「正取名額已滿」)。你也可以等報名截止後再一次勾選With a capacity set, accepting beyond it is blocked ("Accepted slots full"). You may also wait until after the deadline and accept in one pass.
單向鎖:勾選正取後不能改回備取/審核中,請慎重。若要把某正取隊伍移出名單,請改用「取消/刪除」該報名(名額會釋放,可再勾選別隊)。One-way lock: once accepted, an entry cannot revert to pending/waitlist. To remove an accepted team, cancel/delete that registration (the slot is released so you can accept another).
名額釋放規則:正取數=目前狀態為「正取」的隊數。取消/刪除正取隊會釋放名額;退費本身不會釋放名額(壓金/賽後退還情境仍參賽)。已退費的隊伍不可再被勾選正取。未獲正取者的退費見下節〈帳務〉。Slot release: accepted count = teams currently "Accepted". Cancelling/deleting an accepted team frees a slot; a refund alone does not (deposit/after-event refunds still attend). Refunded teams can't be accepted again. To refund non-accepted teams, see Billing below.

帳務與代收轉付Billing & Payouts

帳務頁彙整應收、已收、待收與收款率,並提供確認付款、退費、平台代收轉付申請。

Billing summarises receivable / collected / pending / collection rate, and handles payment confirmation, refunds, and platform payout requests.

確認銀行轉帳付款

Confirm bank-transfer payments

報名者轉帳後,你可逐筆確認付款Confirm(成功會有提示並刷新)。也可用快速對帳:輸入轉帳帳號末 5 碼,系統自動把末碼相符且未確認的隊伍標記為已確認。After a transfer, confirm each entry with Confirm (a toast confirms and refreshes). Or use quick reconcile: enter the last 5 digits of the sender's account and matching unconfirmed entries are auto-confirmed.

退費

Refunds

  • 單筆退費:已付款的隊伍可由主辦方主動退費(全額或部分),以折後實付為上限。Single refund: refund any paid team (full or partial), capped at the amount actually paid.
  • 一鍵退款(備取/未正取):當有「已付款但未獲正取(審核中)或備取」的隊伍時,會出現↩ 一鍵退款,可一次全額退款所有未錄取者。Bulk refund (waitlist / not accepted): when paid-but-not-accepted or waitlisted entries exist, a ↩ Refund all button fully refunds them in one click.

線上付款走 PayUNI 退刷;銀行轉帳則由系統標記「已退費」、由你自行匯退。退費會寄出通知信(未獲正取者附「未獲錄取」說明)。Online payments are reversed via PayUNI; bank transfers are marked "Refunded" for you to remit. A notification email is sent (with a "not accepted" note for those not selected).

Platform payouts (PayUNI only)

PayUNI 線上付款由平台代收,扣除方案手續費後依週期匯款給你。你可在帳務頁勾選各報名收款明細、申請匯款;銀行轉帳不在此列(款項已直接進你的帳戶)。PayUNI payments are collected by the platform and paid out on a cycle after plan fees. Pick collected items and request a payout in Billing; bank transfers are excluded (funds already reach you directly).

應收統計會依錄取模式標示「含審核中」或「含備取」。匯款週期與下次匯款日可在帳務頁查看。The receivable label reads "incl. pending" or "incl. waitlist" by mode. The payout cycle and next date are shown in Billing.

退費機制與流程(設計說明)

How refunds work (the design)

退費可能由報名者線上申請、或由主辦方主動發起。系統會依「原付款方式」與「PayUNI 關帳狀態」自動選擇正確的退款動作,並依「是否有報名者申請」自動決定要不要取消報名、釋出名額。整體流程如下:A refund can start from a registrant's online request or from you (the organiser). The system automatically picks the correct reversal action based on the original payment method and PayUNI's settlement state, and decides whether to cancel the registration and free its slot based on whether a registrant request existed. The full flow:

更新狀態(自動判斷)Update status (auto)原本有報名者退費申請(=想退出)→ 報名轉「已取消」、釋出名額純主辦主動退費(退押金等,人續留)→ 保留報名。部分退的保留款轉入帳務可日後申請匯出。If a registrant request existed (wants out) → registration becomes "Cancelled" and the slot is freed; owner-initiated only (e.g. deposit refund, still attending) → registration is kept. 兩個退費入口的差別

一鍵退款Bulk refund帳務(有未錄取/備取時出現)Billing (when not-accepted entries exist)一次全額退款所有「已付款但未獲正取/備取」者。Fully refunds all paid-but-not-accepted / waitlisted entries at once.
PayUNI 退款受「關帳」影響:信用卡交易需已關帳才能退款(含部分退);當日剛付、尚未關帳的交易只能「取消請款」做全額取消,無法部分退。關帳多為隔日批次,因此部分退款請於付款隔日後再操作。系統會自動判斷並選擇正確動作,不需你手動分辨。PayUNI refunds depend on settlement: a card charge must be settled before it can be refunded (including partial); a same-day, unsettled charge can only be fully reversed via "cancel capture", not partially. Settlement is usually a next-day batch, so do partial refunds the day after payment. The system detects this and picks the right action for you.
防重複退款:一筆退款完成後,系統會把對應的退費申請收斂為「已退款」並移出「可退刷」清單;即使再次嘗試,後端也會以「此訂單款項已退款完成」擋下,不會重複退、也不會誤刪報名。No double refunds: once a refund completes, its request is closed as "Refunded" and removed from the refundable list; even a repeat attempt is blocked server-side with "this order is already refunded", so funds are never reversed twice and the registration isn't wrongly deleted.

公告與 EDMAnnouncements & EDM

向報名者群發通知信(活動提醒、注意事項、結果公告)。

Send mass emails to registrants (reminders, notices, result announcements).

  • 建立公告活動,撰寫主旨與內容,選擇收件對象(例如全部、僅正取、僅某組別)。Create a campaign, write subject and body, pick recipients (all, accepted only, a specific group…).
  • 系統用報名表單的 Email 欄位寄送,因此表單需有有效 EmailEmails use the form's Email field, so the form must collect a valid Email.
確認信、付款提醒、錄取/退費通知是系統自動寄送;公告則是你主動群發。群發為 Starter 以上方案功能。Confirmations, payment reminders and acceptance/refund notices are automatic; campaigns are sent by you. Campaigns are a Starter-and-above feature.

QR 報到QR Check-In

活動當天用 QR 報到。報名成功信內含 QR 碼,工作人員掃碼或輸入報名編號即可報到,並可逐一核對到場成員。

Check in on event day via QR. The confirmation email carries a QR code; staff scan it (or type the ID) to check in and tick off who actually attended.

  • 掃碼/搜尋:掃 QR 或輸入報名編號叫出該隊,勾選到場成員後確認。Scan / search: scan the QR or type the ID, tick attendees, confirm.
  • 最近報到紀錄:報到成功會即時出現在面板,時間為台北時間。Recent check-ins: appear instantly in the panel, in Taipei time.
  • 開放時間窗:自助報到須在設定的時間窗內;可選開啟 GPS 地理柵欄(在地圖點選會場、設半徑,免金鑰),限制只能在會場附近報到。Open window: self check-in is allowed only within the set window; optionally enable a GPS geofence (pick the venue on the map and set a radius, no API key) to limit check-ins near the venue.
室內 GPS 可能飄移,工作人員手動報到永遠可作為後援。工作人員角色即可使用報到,不需要管理者權限。Indoor GPS can drift, so manual staff check-in is always a fallback. The staff role can check in without manager rights.

評分Scoring

建立多層評分量表、分派評審,並以公平管線得到排名。多評審評分為 Pro/Team 方案功能。

Build a multi-level rubric, assign judges, and rank with a fair pipeline. Multi-judge scoring is a Pro/Team feature.

評分量表

Rubric

建立最多三層樹狀量表(主項目 → 細項 → 子細項)。每層權重需加總 100%(系統即時驗證);葉項目設滿分、可記錄次數、多次取值方式與正規化方式(預設 t 分布)。Build up to three levels (main → sub → leaf). Each level's weights must sum to 100% (validated live). Leaf items set max score, record count, aggregation, and normalisation (default t-distribution).

評審組群與分派

Panels & assignment

建立評審組群,指定報名組別、該組評審與負責隊伍。只有管理者與評審角色可被指派為評審。若你(擁有者或管理者)也被指派,評分頁會出現🎯 以評審身分評分入口。Create panels with a group, its judges, and assigned teams. Only manager and judge roles can be assigned. If you (owner/manager) are assigned, a 🎯 Score as judge entry appears.

公平性開關

Fairness

  • 評審可看到即時排名:預設關閉,避免分數互相錨定。Judges see live ranking: off by default to avoid anchoring.
  • 評審可看到報名者個資:預設關閉,關閉時評審只看到代稱。Judges see registrant info: off by default; judges see aliases only.
  • 合併方式、去極值(去最高最低)可設定;備取與審核中隊伍不列入評分名單。Aggregation and trim-extremes are configurable; waitlisted/pending teams are excluded from scoring.

結果與排名口徑

Results & ranking

總排名以「原始加權分」排序(跨組可比),分數欄也顯示原始加權分;分組檢視則顯示組內正規化分。未評分/備取不列入排名。隊伍少於 5 支時,進階正規化自動退回線性並顯示小樣本提示。可匯出 Excel/CSV。Overall ranks use the raw weighted score (comparable across groups), and the score column shows it too; the in-group view shows normalised scores. Unscored/waitlisted teams aren't ranked. With fewer than 5 teams, advanced normalisation falls back to linear with a small-sample note. Export to Excel/CSV.

證書與名牌Certificates & Badges

用設計器排版證書或名牌,再批次套用報名資料產出 PDF。證書/名牌為 Pro/Team 方案功能;工作人員角色也可使用。

Lay out certificates or badges in the designer, then batch-merge registration data into PDFs. A Pro/Team feature; the staff role can use it too.

  • 選範本、放文字與圖片欄位,文字可用 token(如姓名、隊名、稱謂、名次)自動帶入每筆資料。Pick a template, place text/image fields; text tokens (name, team, salutation, rank) auto-fill per entry.
  • 對象範圍可選「僅指導者」,搭配稱謂 token 即可批次產出感謝狀Scope can be coaches only — combined with a salutation token, this produces thank-you certificates.
  • 可開放報名者自助下載,並可限定「僅已報到者」才能下載。Optionally let registrants self-download, and restrict to checked-in entries only.
產生並下載後會顯示「完成!已下載」。After generating, you'll see "Done — downloaded".

AI 助理AI Assistant

RegMaster 內建兩種 AI:對外的「活動小幫手」與對內的「主辦後台 AI 助理」。

RegMaster has two assistants: a public "Event helper" and an internal "Console AI".

活動小幫手(公開頁)Event helper (public)

報名者在活動頁可問規則、資格、截止日、報名費與付款方式 — AI 以你的活動設定回答。Registrants can ask about rules, eligibility, deadline, fee and payment — answered from your event settings.

主辦後台 AI 助理Console AI

問你自己的活動數據、提升報名轉換、擬通知信等。團隊成員也可使用,方案能力依所屬擁有者繼承。Ask about your own data, lift conversion, draft notices, etc. Team members can use it too, inheriting the owner's plan.

活動 AI 助理為 Starter 以上方案功能,並可在活動設定中關閉。The event assistant is a Starter-and-above feature and can be turned off per event.

個人資料與機構資訊

Profile & organisation

填寫顯示名稱、機構名稱、Email、電話。這些會用於報名頁、發票、Email 通知,也會給 AI 助理當作回覆報名者時的官方聯絡資訊,建議補齊。Set display name, organisation, email, phone. These appear on the registration page, invoices and emails, and feed the AI assistant as official contact info — fill them in.

What "My registrations" offers

  • 查詢與狀態徽章:用 Email/電話查到報名後,會看到狀態徽章 — 審核中、已錄取、未獲錄取或備取 N。Lookup & status badges: after looking up by email/phone, registrants see a badge — Pending review, Accepted, Not accepted, or Waitlist N.
  • 付款/補款:未付款者可線上付款;已退費的報名不會再被引導去付款Pay / top-up: unpaid entries can pay online; refunded entries are no longer prompted to pay.
  • 線上申請退費:依你設定的退費政策即時試算(以折後實付為基準),送出後你會在帳務看到。Online refund request: quoted live from your refund policy (based on amount actually paid); requests appear in your Billing.
  • 證書自助下載:若你開放,報名者可自行下載 PDF(可限已報到者)。Self-download certificates: if you enabled it, registrants download their PDF (optionally check-in gated).
為防濫用,「我的報名」查詢有頻率限制(同一 IP 短時間內次數有限)。提醒報名者妥善保存確認信與查詢資訊。To prevent abuse, lookups are rate-limited per IP. Remind registrants to keep their confirmation email and lookup details.

Q. 報名上限存檔後數字會不見嗎?

Q. Does the capacity number disappear after saving?

不會。報名上限會被正確保存;多梯次模式下,總上限是各梯次名額的加總,請於「梯次」區塊調整各梯。No. Capacity is saved correctly; in multi-session mode the total is the sum of session caps — adjust them in the Sessions block.

Q.「自訂正取」和「依報名順序正取」差在哪?

Q. Custom acceptance vs. by-order?

依報名順序=額滿前先到先得、額滿後自動候補;自訂正取=全部付款後進「審核中」,由你逐一勾選正取(勾選即扣名額、寄錄取信、單向鎖不可改回)。詳見〈名額與候補/正取模式〉與〈自訂正取〉。By-order = first-come-first-served then auto-waitlist; custom = everyone pays into "Pending review", then you accept one by one (uses a slot, sends an email, one-way lock). Q. 套了折扣碼,退費以原價還是折後計?

以折後實付金額為基準,不會以原價多退。Always the amount actually paid after discounts — never the list price.

Q. 銀行轉帳的款項會被平台代收嗎?

不會。銀行/ATM 轉帳由報名者直接匯入你的帳戶,不經平台、不計入代收轉付。只有 PayUNI 線上付款由平台代收。No. Bank/ATM transfers go straight to your account, bypassing the platform. Only PayUNI online payments are platform-collected.

Q. 未獲正取的人怎麼退費?

在帳務頁點「備取/未正取 一鍵退款」,可一次全額退款所有已付款但未錄取者,並寄出附「未獲錄取」說明的退費通知。In Billing, click "Refund all waitlisted / pending" to fully refund every paid-but-not-accepted entry and send a notice with a "not accepted" note.

Q. 評審看得到別隊的分數或排名嗎?

預設看不到。「評審可看到即時排名」與「評審可看到報名者個資」皆預設關閉,避免分數互相錨定。No by default. "Judges see live ranking" and "Judges see registrant info" are both off by default to avoid anchoring.
